About Our Associate Program
Here at the Alchemist's Beauty Lounge, our associate program will help provide a beautiful foundation that allows you to realize whatever your true passion is in this amazing industry. Through our comprehensive hands-on experience, newly licensed stylists or even a stylist who feels they may benefit from a little more experience and advanced training, will be provided advanced training in technical skills, guest handling and business building.
The associate works one on one with a dedicated advanced service provider to grow into a strong career hairstylist. Our associates program is a performance based level system allowing the associate to advance at their own pace! This is an environment that promotes growth, learning and support. We promise that all of our associates graduate from our program with a seamless transition from associate to stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry.

Our stylists are goal-oriented as well as proactive in working as a team to maintain a clean, organized environment so that everyone can thrive. This salon was built on the dream to create a safe, non-judgmental home for learning and growth.
Through our advanced education opportunities, provided by our in-house education team as well as our awesome brand partners, you will learn to master exceptional guest care through building strong consultation skills, marketing and social media skills, as well as product knowledge to insure you provide your guests with the best experience they could have when with you.
